2. Data we process
Depending on how you use the service, we process account information such as email address and credentials; purchase and entitlement records; course progress; and the private answers or notes you deliberately save in My Temple. If you arrive through a campaign link, we may receive limited attribution identifiers such as UTM parameters or a Reddit click identifier. Optional analytics events are limited to product identifiers and progress states; they do not include private free-text answers.
3. Why we use data and our legal bases
We use account, purchase, entitlement, and saved course data to provide the contract you request. We retain transaction and security records where necessary to comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud. We use limited operational data to keep the service secure and reliable based on our legitimate interests, balanced against your rights. We use optional analytics only with your consent; you can decline it without affecting course access.
4. Service providers and recipients
Lemon Squeezy processes configured checkout and payment information as merchant of record. Our hosting and managed database providers process application and account data to operate the service. Resend may deliver account, access, and recovery email. Cloudflare Stream may deliver configured video. Where enabled, an analytics provider receives the limited analytics events described above after consent. Providers process data only as needed to provide their services or meet legal requirements.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Where a transfer requires safeguards under applicable data-protection law, we will use an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism.
6. Retention
We keep account and course data while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service. You can delete private Temple product data in Account Settings or request account-related deletion by email. We may retain purchase, tax, fraud-prevention, security, and other records that must be kept for legal claims, accounting, or compliance, then delete or anonymise them when they are no longer needed.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time by clearing the site’s local storage and choosing again when the banner appears. To exercise a right, email zeus@greekmaxxing.com. You may also complain to the data-protection authority in your habitual residence, workplace, or place of the alleged infringement.
9. Automated decisions
We do not use private course answers to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Your private customer content is not included in advertising events, analytics payloads, public metadata, or AI services.
10. Changes
We may update this policy when the service or applicable law changes. The current version and its last-updated date are published on this page.
