Our policy
Greekmaxxing Temple is a digital, self-paced course with immediate online access. We do not offer a separate voluntary money-back guarantee. This policy does not limit any mandatory refund, cancellation, or consumer-protection right that applies to your purchase.
EU/EEA withdrawal rights
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may generally have 14 days from the contract date to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, that right may be lost only where you gave the prior express request and acknowledgment required at checkout. If those conditions were not met, or another mandatory right applies, contact us and we will handle the request in line with applicable law.
How to request a refund or withdrawal
Email zeus@greekmaxxing.com from the email used to purchase, with your order reference and a clear statement that you want a refund or to withdraw. You may use the words: “I hereby withdraw from my purchase of Greekmaxxing Temple.” You do not need to use a particular form.
What happens next
We will confirm receipt and coordinate eligible refunds with the merchant of record. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; the merchant or your bank may take additional processing time. Once a refund or revocation is confirmed, the related course entitlement is revoked. Export any private My Temple content before requesting deletion of product data.
